Why you should go to therapy in your late teens

Therapy is a wonderful most people do not use due to their own pride and think they can figure it out themselves.

And they just might figure it out, but it’s going to come at the consequence of their life and they will begin to realize that the terrible situation could of been avoided had they just asked for help.

A lot of us have issues pushed into us from out parents that are preventing us from being our most authentic self.

You then become your own imposter losing more and more touch with yourself as you go throughout life.

And the longer you wait the more work your going to have to do to pick up the pieces when it’s all said and done.

In summary what therapy brings is clarity to your 20’s so you can go through them properly.
